Classnew HIIT Yoga Fusion with Kaliko Yoga

7.30 – 8.30pm
7 January for 12 weeks (no class 18 February)

A dynamic class combining vinyasa yoga with high intensity interval training (HIIT). Starting with a yoga flow to warm, open and energise the body, the class then moves into the HIIT section for 20 minutes. Heart rate and body heat are increased through short bursts of cardiovascular and conditioning exercises. This is followed by a final vinyasa flow and cool down sequence to prepare the body for rest and recovery.

HIIT Yoga Fusion delivers a full-body workout designed to burn fat and improve strength and flexibility.

Equipment required: please bring a yoga mat.

Class Mindful Yoga Flow

10.30am – 12 noon

Flowing mindfully with the breath through a series of seated, standing and inverted postures, ending with a period in relaxation, to leave you feeling energised yet calm, grounded yet uplifted.

Sanjive has 20+ years experience of yoga across a variety of styles from Hatha and Iyengar through to Astanga Vinyasa.

All levels welcome.

Classnew Meditation

7 – 9pm
8 January 2019

We will be practising Vishwa Dharma Meditation to revitalize our mind, body & soul. It relaxes us and can help to overcome a range of conditions, such as depression, anxiety and restlessness. It encourages better quality sleep and builds confidence. Meditation creates compassionate hearts and wisdom and enhances spiritual awareness.

Class Pilates with Love!

1.30 – 2.30pm

An intermediate mat class, using various forms of small equipment such as balls, rollers and bands. Pilates is famous for improving posture, relieving back pain and reshaping bodies. Experience feeling taller, toned and motivated.

Taught by qualified and experienced instructor Kym Richards.

Class Teddington Wine Society

Informal and friendly wine tastings for novices and connoisseurs alike – a wine snobbery free zone!

Tastings include at least 8 wines, a light meal with wine, and all glasses and tasting sheets are provided. A chance to taste wines you may not have tried before and there’s usually at least one bottle retailing at over £50!

Travel Options

  • Train: Waterloo to Teddington (33 minutes), then just over 10 minutes' signposted walk
  • Bus: R68, 281, 285 all stop outside the Centre; 33 via Waldegrave Road
  • Tube: District line to Richmond and then bus R68
  • Cycle: on-site parking for up to 12 bicycles
  • Car: no parking on site but free parking in surrounding streets.

How to Book…

  • Online: where indicated.
  • In person or by phone: Box Office open… Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm …and from 1pm on the day of weekend performances. Telephone bookings (card only): 020 8977 7558.
  • By post: state the event and number of tickets required and enclose an SAE and cheque payable to ‘Landmark Arts Centre’ to our address.

Please note…

  • Booking fees: if you wish to have your tickets posted and haven’t supplied an SAE, a 50p postage fee applies.
  • Refund & Exchange Policy: no refund of tickets or class bookings will be made unless the event or class is full and we are able to re-sell your ticket/class place, in which case an admin fee of £1 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
