Job Vacancy – Development Manager

About us, in summary

We are a thriving creative hub providing a wide programme of arts activities and events.

Hugely popular arts classes, children’s music events, activities for young people with learning difficulties, and two adult choirs bring thousands of people into our building each year. Concerts, exhibitions and crafts shows attract people from all over the borough.

A charity, we are based in a stunning Grade II* listed building of significant townscape impact.

Outline job details

We now need a Development Manager to work with the board of trustees and the Arts Centre Manager to raise funding both for major capital improvements over the next few years and for an on-going arts programming. This will help make sure we can continue to deliver our wide range of activities.

If you are an enthusiastic, experienced, self-starter who wants to enjoy the challenge of making a significant contribution to this popular venue, then we want to hear from you.

Travel Options

  • Train: Waterloo to Teddington (33 minutes), then just over 10 minutes' signposted walk
  • Bus: R68, 281, 285 all stop outside the Centre; 33 via Waldegrave Road
  • Tube: District line to Richmond and then bus R68
  • Cycle: on-site parking for up to 12 bicycles
  • Car: no parking on site but free parking in surrounding streets.

How to Book…

  • Online: where indicated.
  • In person or by phone: Box Office open… Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm …and from 1pm on the day of weekend performances. Telephone bookings (card only): 020 8977 7558.
  • By post: state the event and number of tickets required and enclose an SAE and cheque payable to ‘Landmark Arts Centre’ to our address.

Please note…

  • Booking fees: if you wish to have your tickets posted and haven’t supplied an SAE, a 60p postage fee applies.
  • Refund & Exchange Policy: no refund of tickets or class bookings will be made unless the event or class is full and we are able to re-sell your ticket/class place, in which case an admin fee of £1 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
